Job Information

As a strategic buyer, you will be responsible for purchases within the category of General Industrial Supplies and play a central role in ensuring effective, standardized, and cost-effective purchasing solutions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to implement and follow up framework agreements in the Scandinavian market.

Responsibilities

The role combines operational and strategic purchasing work and is suitable for you who thrive in an environment where structure, pace, and collaboration are crucial for success.

You will, among other things:

• Handle incoming purchase requests
• Lead the implementation of framework agreements with Scandinavian distributors
• Coordinate internal needs, supplier capacity, and budget considerations
• Follow up and ensure that agreements are successfully utilized throughout the organization
• Contribute to structure, standardization, and continuous improvement of purchasing processes

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in purchasing and working with distributors in the Swedish supplier market
• Has a good understanding of framework agreements and material standardization
• Is comfortable with purchasing systems and tools, preferably with experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Is self-sufficient, proactive, and can contribute from day one
• Is results-oriented and enjoys working towards deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Has the ability to travel within Sweden approximately every other week
